- Please note that there is a 7 day cancellation period to which your depsoit can NOT be refunded or transferred within 7 days of your booked appointment.
- If you have cancel your appointment within 24 hours, or do not show up to your booking, you are required to pay in full and will be required to do so before re-booking within the salon.
- Please note that a patch test is required for new clients atleast 48 hours before all brow and lashtreatments - which must be collected from the salon 48 hours prior to your treatment - no appointment neccessary for this.
